Job Summary

Our business is growing rapidly. In this context, we are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, and highly technical Senior Data Analyst with a primary focus on complex analytics to join our Data Analytics team. The successful candidate will lead advanced analytical work, transforming large and varied datasets into actionable insights that drive strategic and operational decision-making.

You will be responsible for designing and executing complex analytical projects, developing robust data models, and conducting deep-dive analyses to answer business questions. While reporting and dashboard development remain part of the role, you will be expected to go beyond surface-level metrics—identifying patterns, diagnosing drivers of performance, and recommending data-backed interventions.

SQL will be used heavily, so expert SQL skills, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to work confidently with messy or ambiguous data are essential. Working knowledge of Python and / or R is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex data analyses and apply advanced statistical methods to answer business questions and uncover insights.
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain analytical dashboards and reporting layers that enable exploration of key company KPIs.
  • Partner with the management team to address a wide range of data-related requests, providing clear, insight-driven recommendations.
  • Conduct regular and rigorous data quality audits, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with company data governance standards.
  • Support and improve back-end data ingestion and transformation processes, contributing to robust, scalable, and analytics-ready data pipelines.

Requirements:

Education & Experience

  • 4 years+ of Data Analysis experience
  • Advanced SQL
  • Strong Python or R
  • Strong Excel and / or Google Sheets knowledge
  • Understanding of relational DB theory
  • Understanding of data preparation and data acquisition

The following technical knowledge would be a plus

  • dbt
  • Git
  • Google Cloud solutions with a focus on Google Data Studio and BigQuery
  • PowerBI
  • Experience with Big data

Non-technical

  • High numerical literacy
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Attention to details
  • Self-starter, target oriented
  • Team player and good communicator
