What you will do:
  • Coordinate all recovery operations in the assigned territory as aligned with recovery targets
  • Leverage on available data on territory performance as per all performance metrics to identify risk areas
  • Advice on difficult repossession cases to support closure
  • Maintain the Repossession List at acceptable level by ensuring that the Recovery Managers assign  the bikes to the relevant Recovery Offices without delay.
  • Approve all  the recovery costs incurred during recovery and transfer of assets which will include Petty Cash and EER
  • Attend to escalations to ensure Recovery Managers and Officers are fully supported in their recovery efforts
  • Create a professional working relationship with both internal and external  stakeholders for the purpose of getting assistance when necessary, in the course of work
  • Monitor the recovery budget vs actual on a monthly basis for the relevant area.
  • Coordinate documentation management for assigned region to ensure full compliance with all relevant documentations policies and guidelines
  • Monitor Territory compliance levels against all guidelines and policies to manage risks
  • Coordinate people management processes in assigned territory which will include performance management, training, coaching, safety, and employee relations, in consultation and with support from HR
  • Identify and recommend new ways of working to continuously improve efficiency, productivity and both our internal and external customer experience
  • Cascade communication on any changes in policies, schedules and product knowledge to the team.
What we are looking for:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a Business-related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience with 2 years at supervisor level
  • Must have a valid motorcycle license and must have at least 1 year riding experience
