What you will do:
  • Overseeing the Dealer KYC Verification and Onboarding Processes: Managing the verification and onboarding processes for dealers, ensuring compliance with KYC regulations and company policies.
  • Ensuring Compliance of KYC Processes and Onboarding Process: Monitoring and ensuring compliance of KYC processes and onboarding procedures, revising processes as needed to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Cultivating Relationships with Dealers: Building and maintaining relationships with dealers, addressing payment issues promptly to ensure uninterrupted sales operations.
  • Facilitating Escalation of Operational Mishaps: Facilitating the escalation of operational issues raised by departments to dealers, tracking the resolution progress to ensure challenges are addressed effectively.
  • Communicating Product and Pricing Updates: Communicating updates on Watu products and pricing to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all parties are informed of changes.
  • FO Account Verification and Creation: Managing the process of creating new accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Collaborating with the Legal Department: Collaborating with the Legal department to deliver signed partnership agreements from the company to dealers for compliance purposes.
  • Collaborating with the Data Analytics Team: Working with the Data Analytics team to develop seamless storage and retrieval of dealers' databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • Collaborating with Back Office Cash Flows Team: Collaborating with the Back Office Cash Flows team to support reconciliations with dealerships, ensuring accurate financial transactions.

What we are looking for:

  • A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Development,  IT, Telecommunication or related field. 
  • 1 year experience in Back Office experience with an understanding of simu processes.
  • Technical aptitude and familiarity with various mobile phone  models and phone issues
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Good planning, organization, and analytical skills.
  • Effective communicator (verbal and written).
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to embrace change and adapt.
  • Dedicated team player and proactive solutions provider.
